How Do I Manage Correspondence with Candidates In RecruitBot?

RecruitBot is a powerful recruiting tool, made even more powerful when you integrate it with your email account. When you do so, you’ll be able to send single emails or set up drip campaigns to any number of promising candidates with a single click; get analytics about the efficacy of your email campaigns; and manage your correspondence all from within the RecruitBot interface.

In this tutorial, we’ll explain how to use RecruitBot to manage your correspondence with candidates from within the RecruitBot interface.

When you are in a candidate page in RecruitBot, you’ll see that candidate’s resume, contact information, rating, and candidate state, among other points of information.

To manage your correspondence with that candidate, you can click on the Messages link at the top of the screen to go to the correspondence history page.

From there, you can view the entire history of your correspondence with that specific candidate. You’ll see all of the messages you’ve sent to each other, of course, as well as whether not the latest email you’ve sent to them has been opened. In this way you’ll be able to assess the effectiveness of your outreach, and simplify the amount of tools you need to reach out.
